⚠️ Late Penalty
Arriving more than 15 minutes late without notice: considered as a No Show
Even if you notify us in advance, we will charge you 3,000 yen per hour for standby service
❌ Do not accept flight factors as exceptions, it is recommended that:
▸ Purchase travel insurance to cover rental car losses
▸ Allow at least 4 hours of buffer time
🐕 Some models are allowed, but must meet the following requirements:
Maximum 2 pieces, total weight < 15kg
Provide breed/size/sleeping habits in advance
A 10,000 yen cleaning fee will be charged (non-refundable)

No food/perishable items accepted
